Conducting


Over the last twenty years, Adam has formed and developed a number of leading youth ensembles, conducting in some of the finest musical venues in the UK and abroad, and worked with various adult groups, including wind bands, orchestras and choirs. Adam is Director of the Hampshire County Youth Wind Ensemble, regularly touring abroad (most recently to Denmark and Sweden in summer 2022), and conductor of the Winchester Youth Orchestra. He is also the Musical Director of the recently-formed St Cat’s Ensemble, consisting of semi-professional and professional musicians, and the Barton Peveril College Session Orchestra. He is conductor of the National Children’s Concert Band. From 2009-2022, Adam conducted the Romsey Youth Concert Band and from 2016-2019 he was Musical Director of the Linden Wind Orchestra in London. In 2021 he served as interim conductor of Winchester Symphony Orchestra
